Bagby Elevator has always been on the cutting edge of innovative technology. In the early
days, Bagby technicians would take the train from our office to the other side of Birmingham
and walk back on their route. Messages called in to the office wer sent by runner to the cafe
where the technicians gatherd for lunch. Later our technicians were the first in Birmingham
to employ radio communications to speed response time. Today, we use the latest in digital communications
to reach our technicans and branch offices to ensure the quickest response to a customer's request.
